Supporting clients across all sectors on employment law related matters including employee relations, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy, diversity and equality, discrimination, medical capability, contracts and policies, settlement agreements, and representation in employment tribunals.
I also provide direct daily support to owners, directors and managers on HR matters. This includes providing and/or reviewing all documentation from contracts of employment to employee letters. . We are so confident of the HR service we provide that we do not tie our HR clients into thoe long term contracts.
